Recognizing the paramount importance of education, I have pursued various subjects and attained expertise in my field. Becoming an authority in psychology equips me with the knowledge to assist others through research and application. As I progress towards my doctoral degree, I also aspire to acquire a master’s degree and become a licensed therapist. The more content and joyful people are, the greater their inclination to spread happiness, leading to increased community involvement and volunteering. Once I am adequately educated, my objective is not only to continue conducting research but also to provide assistance to those who may not have the means to pay for mental health services. By reaching out to the community, I hope to find fulfilling roles that contribute to safeguarding both mental health and the environment. Ultimately, I aspire to be known as a compassionate individual who positively impacts lives, promoting a more optimistic and fulfilling existence.

Throughout this course, my perspective on happiness and love has undergone a transformative shift. After experiencing personal challenges in my relationship a year ago, I delved into research on these subjects and found myself gravitating towards a more spiritual path. This inclination prompted me to delve deeper into biblical readings. By implementing ideas and concepts discussed in this class,
I witnessed an improvement in my relationship and a renewed sense of love. Eager to reignite the flame of affection, I approached this course with a genuine desire to learn and engage in meaningful discussions with my peers. I devoted an entire week to reading the course material, subsequently revisiting it at a slower pace to grasp the ideas and concepts being presented.

The course has proven immensely valuable, enabling me to comprehend the factors that contribute to feelings of love and happiness, and providing guidance on how to cultivate these emotions within myself.
Engaging in class discussions and writing papers challenged me to consider both scientific and spiritual perspectives. As a result, I found myself engaging in thoughtful conversations about these topics in my day-to-day interactions. This course has truly broadened my mind, fostering a greater openness and acceptance of diverse opinions and beliefs, particularly in relation to unverifiable phenomena.
