Health Promotion Plan
Tobacco addiction is cause of the increasing death rate worldwide
Resulting in almost 5 million deaths every year
A health promotion plan will be a great initiative in terms of promoting the awareness among people to quit the use of tobacco
The plans and strategies will be helpful for the nursing as well as other professional staff to aware people of how to get rid of smoking

(Alamir & Quadri, 2020)
(Carson et al., 2021
Tobacco addiction is an increased cause of the increasing death rate worldwide as it leads to lung carcinoma. It results in almost 5 million deaths every year. Some countries around the globe are taking measures for designing health promotion plans and implementing them with an authentic set of rules. The young generations as well as the older people all are involved somehow in the use of tobacco. Many factors are involved in leading people towards the overuse of tobacco such as family stress, no educational resources, early age family responsibilities, toxic relationship with spouses, and an unorganized lifestyle (Alamir & Quadri, 2020).
A health promotion plan will be a great initiative in terms of promoting the awareness among people to quit the use of tobacco and save themselves from chronic diseases. Health promotion plans are a primary source of increasing the educational approaches for people as well as preventing people from life-threatening effects of smoking (Carson et al., 2021). The plans and strategies will be helpful for the nursing as well as other professional staff to aware people of how to get rid of smoking as continuous smoking habits kill. Educational institutes such as schools, colleges, and academies should initiate awareness campaigns among students so they can be prevented the use of tobacco as well as they will be the future of the nation so they can be aware of other people as well (Carson et al., 2021).

The Plan Based on Specific, Identified Health Needs and Goals
The spread of chronic diseases are increasing each passing day worldwide
Along with promoting awareness and educational campaigns, there is a need to provide easy access to treatment facilities for people
implement the SMART goals
Nurses stay close to the patients that are having treatment at a healthcare organization, so they are the most important to tackle the patient’s concerns
Smoking isn’t easy to quit especially for chain smokers, They need proper counseling a treatment to change their body needs

(Martinez et al., 2021).
(White et al., 2020).
The spread of chronic illness is increasing each passing day worldwide. Along with promoting awareness and educational campaigns, there is a need to provide easy access to treatment facilities for people who want to quit smoking. Nurses can play a vital role in spreading awareness and helping the patients who are willing to quit smoking. There is a need to implement the SMART goals which will design some rules and set of goals to be achieved. A healthy lifestyle should be promoted among people, and they must be guided about the future outcomes if they do not follow the healthy lifestyle (Martinez et al., 2021).
The SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) are very beneficial in helping the nurses to provide their best services for the cause. An easy environment should be provided to patients, sometimes the harsh behavior of nursing staff depresses such patients. Nurses stay close to the patients that are having treatment at a healthcare organization, so they are the most important to tackle the patient’s concerns and help them quit smoking habits (Martinez et al., 2021). They can notice the changes in a patient’s behavior as well as can notify the professionals about any weird changes so they can diagnose or deal with the problem in time. Smoking isn’t easy to quit especially for chain smokers. They either switch to vaping or any other drug addiction if they try to quit the use of tobacco. They need proper counseling a treatment to change their body needs as their body is totally dependent on how often they smoke (White et al., 2020).

Educational Outcomes and the Attainment of Agreed-Upon Health Goals
The management should arrange seminars and health promotion campaigns

Educational seminars are arranged in the communities where there were more people using tobacco on daily basis

Most addicted individuals are struggling to find ways that help their bodies resist the use of smoking

Health professionals have made advancements for communities, by conducting surveys and analyzing the data that will help them get through the problems of people

(Alamir & Quadri, 2020).
(Reynales et al., 2019).
(Rosoff et al., 2020).
The management should arrange seminars and health promotion campaigns to let people know about the drawbacks of unhealthy lifestyles. Educational seminars are arranged in the communities where there were more people using tobacco on daily basis. Flyers and posters have been distributed among the population to make them aware of the bad outcomes of tobacco and the available treatment facilities (Alamir & Quadri, 2020). They must be aware that it’s not too late to quit. Most addicted individuals are struggling to find ways that help their bodies resist the use of smoking, but they are not aware of the available treatment facilities. People should listen, they may be struggling with tough situations and started smoking to overcome the stress, and they might feel good if they get some counseling and heard about what they want (Reynales et al., 2019).
Educational seminars have a major role in spreading awareness among people. Health professionals have made advancements for communities, by conducting surveys and analyzing the data that will help them get through the problems of people. Research methodology should be designed to analyze the data that can help to get the strengths and weaknesses of people living in a community (Rosoff et al., 2020).
