Most people who are looking for a job look at reviews or even look into the experiences of previous employees to see if the company would be a good fit. There are a lot of properties to consider while contemplating beginning at an organization.
Guardian Life Insurance The Guardian Life Insurance Company is the one I chose. I chose this company because it is my current employer, and I am interested in moving up within the organization. I have been working as a Customer Associate II for the past year. Guardian is a mutual insurance company that provides a variety of insurance products, including life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, and so on. However, its disability insurance is primarily what makes it popular. “We go above and beyond to help people and their families pursue financial security, and we inspire well-being within our communities” is the mission statement of Guardian. New York is where Guardian is headquartered.
According to the information I found on the website, they have a long-term case manager position open. This position piqued my interest and gave me positive inspiration. According to what I’ve read, Guardian promotes internally before outsourcing, which is positive. I think this would be an extraordinary open door since I would have the option to turn out a consistent revenue and get more cash flow. The main variable for me would be the booked shift that I would be allocated. I prefer a morning shift because I am a full-time student and have multiple children. As per the site, I saw that the active times are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Gatekeeper offers a program called J.E.D.I. which helps individuals from various foundations to illuminate them on various ways of life and additionally to assist them with laying out group building abilities. Because it would be a promotion rather than a lateral job change, the long-term case manager position would have a higher salary. The starting salary for the case manager position is 65,000 dollars, which is more than what I earn as a call center representative. My life insurance costs only 0.69 cents per pay period, which is very cost-effective among Guardian’s many benefits.
Conclusion Both my own experience and my research into and evaluation of the experiences of other people have led me to believe that Guardian Life is an excellent business. Diversity, salary increases, and excellent benefits are all encouraged by Guardian Life Insurance.
