Reflection: The Crucial Role of Listening in Communication
I chose listening as my topic because I firmly believe it is an essential skill for effective communication. In today’s fast-paced world, where communication channels are abundant, and attention spans are often divided, truly listening has become increasingly rare. However, without attentive listening, the messages conveyed in a conversation may not be fully understood or expressed correctly.
