I work for XYZ Inc. as a customer service specialist. Last week, It came to my knowledge that your company, Printables, did not receive the expected delivery, which is very unacceptable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
To correct our error, we are refunding the original payment method and have placed a new order for delivery on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. We will contact you by Wednesday evening to let you know if you have received the goods.
