I hope you are doing well. This is John Smith, shipment department manager. I would want to thank you for bringing this issue to my knowledge as it is a concern for me as well. This is the first time I have heard of this issue, as I have yet to receive a formal complaint from a customer who did not receive the shipments. However, I agree that our first strategy is to refund customers. I will formally call Sarah Robbins to apologize, refund the payment, and personally ensure that the goods are shipped by Thursday. Since it took over a week for the customer to receive the goods, I suggest we review our systems and procedures for tracking shipments. In addition, we suggest developing a training program to improve the efficiency of the team. kindly let me inform if you have any further issues which I need to resolve.
